Once we have scheduled an appointment time for you please arrive 15 minutes prior to this time. If you can not keep this appointment please call our office as soon as possible as this time is reserved especially for you.

Bring the following with you to your appointment

1. Completed patient information forms

2. Signed notice of privacy practice

3. Insurance ID card

4. Current medications (bring bottles)

Your initial appointment with a kidney specialist will include a discussion of your medical history, a physical examination, and as indicated any necessary diagnostic testing and procedures. A new patient visit requires approximately 45-60 minutes. If any other non-renal evaluation is needed, we will be glad to recommend an appropriate specialist and coordinate your care with them.
